Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to develop and enhance our cutting-edge clinical technology platforms. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the RTSM software solutions for the clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for clinical use, ensuring robust performance and scalability.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and testers, to understand user needs and deliver technical solutions.
3. System Integration: Implement and integrate APIs and other interfaces to support data transfers between clinical supplies and EDC systems
4. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and reliability of the codebase.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software issues through debugging, testing, and system analysis.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a software engineer, preferably in a clinical technology domain.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts based on functional and technical specifications.
- Test Execution: Conduct testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
